How To Get Relief From Back Pain?
I went to a festival and was sitting on the ground for hours saturday evening now my rt lower back hurts and it hurts to lift my rt leg, I wanted to know why this hurts. I'm 31 weigh about 165 and my height is 5'6, and I've always been a relative healthy person besides one time I fell on ice and ending up with a bulge disc on my lower back.

Because of the degenerative disease of the spine the pain must be there and the best option to treat condition would be Tab Acetaminophen and Tab Diclofenac 50 mg three times in day, try to maintain the good posture if symptoms dose not improved then MRI would be advisable, hope this helps.
