As per your query Panderm plus Cream contains Ofloxacin, Ornidazole which are antibiotics, Clobetasol which is a steroid and Terbinafine which is an antifungal agent. Panderm plus cream can initially makes the skin lighter as the steroid content in it temporary blocks the Melanin producing cells which are responsible to darkening of skin.. But long term use has deleterious side effects and can cause thinning of skin,rashes and thickening of the blood vessels and all this is due to STEROID ABUSE.. You should immediately stop the use of Panderm plus as it has a strong steroid action and is harmful for skin.. As the skin is becoming dark you should apply Aloe vera gel during the day and Kojic acid containing cream twice a day after washing your face with a mild face wash.. Wash your face with cold water many times in a day.. Exfoliate the skin twice a week with a mild scrub and preferrably with a homemade scrub like Honey and oats mixed together..
