Consult the surgeon and undergo examination for better diagnosis. Take following advice : Apply warm pad compression Avoid excessive seating Wear loose pure cotton inner wear Do not pop up the lump Take antibiotic cefuroxime Tablet tramadol Advice for hemorrhoids 1. Take foods rich in dietary fiber, 2. intake of more oral fluids to maintain hydration 3. Avoid straining to pass stools 4. Warm (but not hot) sitz baths a: sit in about 7- 8 cm of warm water for 10- 15 minutes, several times a day, especially after a bowel movement 5. petroleum jelly or zinc oxide, an analgesic agent such as lidocaine application 9. If symptoms persist, your doctor may suggest one of the following procedures.
