I have had weight gain the last several months even though I have been on weight watchers (for about 3 months now) and the last 2 weeks I have been going to an exercise class twice a week and then working out on my own another 1-2 times each week. I still can't sleep well despite the added exercise, have been slightly irritable and have started having acne (which I used to never get). The only major change that I can think of other than the diet and exercise is I stopped birth control in mid Jan so that my husband and I can start to try and have another baby. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong.
