Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are woriied about your addiction to Alzolam, Ativan and Restyl. Now all three medication belong to a group of sedative medication called Benzodiazepines. Benzodiazepines have a high addiction potential is taken for a prolonged period of time.

In your case, it seems unecessary that you are taking three different benzodiazepines. So, I would suggest that you cut down on the medication gradually. This cutting down has to be done very gradually or else you may get withdrawal symptoms. So, I would advise you to see a psychiatrist for further help regarding this.

Wish you all the best.
