hi i am trying to diagnose what my mental issue is i have bad and violent thoughts nearly every day i feel paranoid about alot of things in my life i can be ok one moment then in the blink of an eye think things i shouldnt and start hateing the people around my like my partner. i dont want to feel like this i just cant help it i also play detailed violent incidents in my head like a movie on a daily basis where i am hurting some 1 i suffer from mood swings anxiety and stress i keep thinking its normal but i no its not really ! could you please help . mark

Rather, this is just disappointment. Disappointment which arises out of unforeseen life events do bring such symptoms like sadness, irritation, anger, lethargy, lack of interest, lack of appetite etc. Please understand this fact and make sure to introspect. Talking to your friends, out door activities and being creative should give you relief. Find the reason for your disappointment and consult a psychologist if need be.
