How To Get Rid Of Black Marks In Skin After Waxing?

Hi doc..I had waxed my arms a few days ago..it was hard wax..now it has left some brown marks on my skin..I doubt if it is a wax residue..or skin burn? I have applied several oils n lotions to remove it..but it doesn't do anything.. how should i get rid of this? I hav no pain.
