How To Get Rid Of Black Teeth And Tongue?

I m in japan now.i added oxygen absorbers in noodles.i thought its ay kind of sauce.when I got up all my teeth and toungue were turned black I brushed my teeth but still they are black.i m worried if its permanent blackness or what..plz guide me what to do????

The black staining over the teeth and tongue can be secondary to the use of sauce. Nothing to be panic, its temporary staining. Consult a oral physician and get your teeth cleaned(scaling).
