Good morning, Earlier I followed a routine of lukewarm water with lemon an empty stomatch to loose weight approx for 2 months. Then I noticed Blemish scars on my cheek, & I stopped to use the same. Now I wanna know how to get rid of these blemish scars. Reply ASAP
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blemish scars on the cheeks which is due to post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. I would suggest you to use skin lightening agents such as topical benzoyl peroxide during day time and Adapalene gel during night time. You should wash your face with clindamycin gel 2-3 times a day. Use combination of gycolic acid with salicyclic acid. Visit dermatologist once and get few sessions of chemical peeling to resolve your symptoms. You can go for dermabrasion as well. Drink plenty of water and take diet rich in multivitamins. avoid exposure to sun light and use sun screens for the same.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
