How To Get Rid Of Bruise Mark On Knee?

i left an ice pack on entirely 2 long & now i think i have frostite because it left a red bruise looking mark on my knee. it was burning & itvhing ehen i took the ice pack off & my skin was inflammed. is there any way that this mark will go away eventually or anytime soon??
