How To Get Rid Of Bump Filled With Blood On Buttocks?

hi i have some kind of bump, lump thing on my butt cheek and my mother thinks its a pimple that just got really bad. but its got like a hole in it and it came up in one day. iv used neosporin and a bandage on it for the last day and a half and it hasnt drained at all besides a vary little bit of blood. however today the blood was slightly pink so im not sure if it is beginning to drain or if what im doing doesnt matter/help so uhm idk

Hi,
As per your description, it is most likely a boil or cellulitis. It could also be cyst,hematoma etc.
You must take antibiotics ( cephalosporins preferred) with analgesics and antiinflammatory to get rid off that.
Don't apply neosporin or bandage because it has no role rather you take antibiotics orally and after treatment it might burst out leading to pus drainage or blood drainage.You wash them with savlon and water.
Only 3 days course of antibiotics Would be sufficient.
Consult surgeon for further advise.
