How To Get Rid Of Cluster Of Small Red Dots On My Wrist?

Hi. I have a cluster of 5 very small red dots on my wrist. They are slightly raised and do not itch at all. They are shiny, sort of the same way a poison ivy rash would be shiny. The cluster makes a zig zag triangle. Could they be bed bug bites or is it possible they could be something else.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi

You seem to have developed an insect bite reaction .
Such a reaction can present with development of red itchy linear lesions over the exposed areas of the body and the lesions tend to develop suddenly overnight .
It needs to be treated by application of topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected areas twice daily.
