Hello Thanks for the query. In spite of getting treatment for eosinophilia your symptoms recurred. Eosinophilia can occur in a variety of causes like vasculitis, asthma, allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, drugs and eosinophilic pneumonia. The cause of it should be found in the systemic ways and needs to be treated properly. For this to happen you need to undergo certain tests you need to undergo certain tests such as spirometry, CT scan thorax and broncho-alveolar lavage (BAL) study.
