Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dark spots on face which is mainly due to excessive production of melanin pigment produce by melanocytes , which in turn trigger by many factors like sun exposure , hormonal changes or stress . I would suggest you to apply kojic acid containing cream ( kojivit ) after washing face twice a days. Wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice daily. Exfoliate your skin twice a week with non alcoholic exfoliant. Try not to touch the area too much. Apply broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 while going outside under sun exposure .If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream , retinoids or recommend procedures like laser therapy and dermabrassion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
