Hello I recently moved to North Carolina and due to the weather and it being winter I think my skin is very dry and not used to this weather. I have a circle dry patch on the back of my knee area and was rough before but is not just smooth and I don t even notice its there until I look. What can I do to get rid of it? And how long will it be there? I am also starting to get a dry patch on my chest too just a small one.
