How To Get Rid Of Excess Alcohol Consuming ?

one of my family members has been fighting with alcholism for about 20 years now Hey, one of my family members has been fighting with alcholism for about 20 years now. He has high blood pressure , diabetes , depression and probably more. However the last 6 days he has gotten worse. He is in a very poor condition, didnt eat for the last two days, vomiting and swollen face . He has been drinking excessively the days before this happened. Now he cannot get out of his hangover stage. It used to take him about 2-3 days to recover and now he is not recovery. He also refuses to go to the hosiptal because he is too scared to look for help PLEASE HELP!!! thanks!

LOOKS LIKE YOUR RELATIVE IS SUFFERING FROM ACUTE OVER DOSE OF ALCOHOL.
TO ADD ON I DONT SEE ANY INFORMATION IF HE HAS TAKEN MEDICATIONS FOR DM OR HYPERTENSION WHICH WOULD ADD ON TO HIS CONDITION.
I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO TAKE HIM IMMEDIATELY TO A GOOD HOSPITAL WITH MULTI SPECIALITY FACILITY.

Hi Maria,
What u described it seems that he suffering from copmlicated Alcohol withdrawl with most probably medical complication related to DM/HT.
He has to be taken to hospital immediately as this cannot be treated at home considering his medical illness and alcohol.This is time when he will be highly motivated to get deaddicted...that also will be helpful to his future.So try to take him immediately to hospital and then consult to psychiatrist for deaddiction.
