As some pimples have appeared in my face, I would be grateful if you kindly advise me about some lotion or creme to apply for early removal of the same as I am getting married in the first week of December 2010. For your kind information my face skin is oily.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have facial pimples and oily skin which occurs when duct of sebaceous gland get blocked and infected by bacteria. It could be due to hormonal changes ,stress or some medications. I would suggest you to not to prick or touch pimples , exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's, wash your face with face-wash containing benzoyl peroxide twice a day. Also apply vitamin C serum at night. Avoid over exposure to sun and apply kojic acid cream twice a day after washing face. If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics or procedures like chemical peel or microdermabrassion.
