How To Get Rid Of Fear, Anxiety And Confusion?

Hello Sir, My self Atul from Delhi. I am feeling fear, anxiety, Disappointment, and laziness always. Doctor are giving me, some medicine like venlor-XR 75. Ciplar-LA40, Mirtaz-7.5 and Oliza 2.5. My query is this that, Will i have to take these medicine always or it can be stop after a period and how can i self help for my fear, Anxiety and confusions.

Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. Anxiety, depression occurs simultaneously in a lot of individuals. The symptoms of disappointment, laziness, fear etc you are having are due to depression only. You are on Venlafaxine 75, Propranolol 40, Olanzapine 2.5 and Mirtazapine 7.5 for these symptoms and these are right and proper drugs for symptoms. In most of individuals symptoms improvement occurs in about 4-6 weeks and acute phase of treatment should be continued for at least 3-6 months followed by maintenance treatment for about 6-12 months depending upon clinical condition of individual. So please dont think to stop medicine by your own even if you are feeling better. Consult your doctor regularly and reduce the doses of drugs or stop the drugs only after consulting your doctor.
