hi my boyfriend has a fishy smell on the tip of his penis and he cant get rid of the smell. how can he get rid of it naturally if possible? and also I think i may have a vaginal infection because there is thick white stuff and i tried monistat but it didnt go away. thanks for your help brit

The most probable causes for fishy smell in penis are bacterial or yeast infection. the following are my suggestions for your boyfriend:
Cap Augmentin 625 mg twice daily after food for three days plus
Tab. Lamisil one tablet in morning for 7 days.
Canesten cream (pull the foreskin of penis and apply twice a day for 15 days)
The white discharge affecting you is mostly due to yeast. Try Canesten (clotrimazole) 500mg vaginal pessary. You have to unwrap it and put it in to pen device provided and insert. No need to remove it, the pessary will dissolve itself. Do this at night for three days.
