Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Flu symptoms started on Monday, so I took Tamiflu. Today is Thursday and went to Dr. because I still ache all over, although the stabbing pains are less frequent now. He thinks it is partly allergies. I only want to sleep. Have not been too nauseous.
I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having flu. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. Pain is usually seen in viral fevers and will respond to treatment by the use of analgesics.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you With regards
