How To Get Rid Of Grayish Vaginal Discharge?

My friend is calling me regarding a grayish discharge from her vagina. Itching and burning. SHe says it has been happening off and on for yrs. She states many dr s have checked her, given her Diflucan, she has not changed soaps or detergents in yrs. Hydrocortisone treats itching and burning for awhile, but it comes back. Any suggestions?

It is most probably a fungal infection and the Diflucan should have treated. There is possibility of bacterial infection or even Pelvic Inflammatory disease which could cause discharge , itching and burning sensation. If so she will need tests to confirm it and antibiotics to clear the infection.
