Take following advises after consulting the general examination.
Rectal examination will help in the management,
Take foods rich in
dietary fiber,intake of more oral fluids to maintain hydration
Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs: Tablet ibuprofen/paracetamol
Avoid straining to pass stools, as this may make your hemorrhoids worse
Take Warm (but not hot) sitz baths a: sit in about 8 cm of warm water for 15 minutes, several times a day, especially after a bowel movement.
Apply Steroid-containing agents should not be used for more than 14 days, as they may cause thinning of the skin.
Apply
lidocaine gel after bowel movement
If not respond to drugs then go for
Injection or
sclerotherapy and banding.
Surgery: Doppler-guided, transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization and stapled hemorrhoidopex
