How To Get Rid Of Lumps On The Face And Scalp Be Treated?

I have these abnormal lumps on face and in scalp about 1/2 inch size plus scalp is covered with what appears to be zits or pimples. Some pop and most are like an ingrown pimple. I was exposed to agent orange in Vietnam, not sure if this is from that.

Hello,
Your question for today is quite unspecific as a lot more details and visualization of the rash are needed. I do not have with me your age, sex and duration since your visit to Vietnam. With just the symptoms you have mentioned I would suggest it might be a common fungal infection (Tinea). I would advise you to visit a dermatologist and have it evaluated. If its fungal, then the treatment will include Flucanozole oral/topical for the face along with ketaconazole shampoo. If its fungal do concentrate more on your personal hygiene. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
