How To Get Rid Of Migraine?

i have an employee who often has a suspicious odor about her "covered" with perfume and it is not marijuana. She is extremely thin, and very introverted. She often complains of migrains and photophobia and has to go into the bathroom with the lights off. One of the other employees knows her outside of work and says she does some pot as far as she knows but not sure on meth or anything else. Is there a correlation with meth and migraines.
