Hi, I have a excruciating pain at the bottom of my tailbone, with a red sore lump inside my butt crack. I can t sit on it or lay down as I will be literally screaming in pain, I can t visit a doctor as I am travelling at the moment, what can I do to ease the pain?

take a aceclofenac 100 mg . probably this is a case of coccydynia. take sitz bath , or apply heat packs to thaT area
