How To Get Rid Of Pain In My Butt Post Injury?

I got onto a city transit bus and had my hand on the rail turning to sit down. The driver started driving before I could turn and sit down. I landed on a bar on the side of the seat. It was instant pain and that s been a week ago. I still have pain when trying to sit down.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum.
From your description,it is likely that there is a contusion or hematoma at the the site.As it is 1 week, and no much difficulty in walking, bone injury is unlikely. It can be managed with analgesics for a few days. Also, local hot bath is good.
Anyhow, since it is 1 week,we have to rule out infection of the lesion,in which case, antibiotics also will be needed. You please see your doctor to see what is going on.
Wishing you a faster cure.Thank you.
