Sir/mam There are pimples on my back and hips and they keep on increasing with full of pain and pus... I have concerned to my doctor he said to me that some kind of root infection... He gave me the medicine and cured but when the medicine period completed they still come and keep on growing I just want to rid out them...pimples usually occur in the summer but when I do work out then pimples settle down.I got my blood check up report which is totally normal...but still not getting the problem and the solution to get rid off from such ailing pimples I hope you revert me back with solution.

You can apply a cream contains Clindamycin gel 1% and adapalene for topical application form. For clindamycin there is no harm in using it but adapalene can cause irritation if not used under dermatological supervision. It contains topical antibiotic gel and oral antibiotic and do not cause any side effects.
