Hi, I am a 46-year old Bangladeshi man. I have been married since 2003 and father of a 8-year old son. I have been experiencing premature ejaculation (PE) since i had started sex with my wife. I can stay hardly one minute after having more than fifteen minutes of foreplay. Because of the foreplay, my wife somehow got her orgasm most of the time but i could not enjoy the full satisfaction of sex because of the PE. Yesterday i saw a medicine in a drug store named Duralast which intrigued me to search for a remedy. And that is why i am writing to you. Can i take this Duralast or something else to overcome my PE? I am having a sound health with normal blood pressure. Hope you can suggest me some medicine that can help me recover my problem which i deemed for a long time as incurable!
