On a recent visit to kashmir I met a person (very poor) who had a case of psoriasis - after further examination I noticed that he not only had psoriasis of severe nature but also presented with arthiritis to the small finger and small toes of his feet. The psoriasis is so severe that he has it on aboout 50% of his body. He has been to consultant dermatologists in Pakistan but I feel he has been ill adviced and mis-informed on the diagnosis of the problem. I have pictures which I can show you, please can someone help me to help relieve this poor man of his agony.
