Hi I have what looks like a cyst or maybe a big pimple that is filled with pus and it has a purplish/blue center......I m not exactly sure what it is and how do I get rid of it? I don t really want to go to the doctor....so maybe you can give some home remedies that will get rid of it super fast? Thank you
Hello dear user! I have gone through your query and understood your concerns! Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic. Is it painful to the touch? Has it higher local temperature. If yes, it possibly is a hair root infection, red painful pimple filled with pus and with the hair in the center. Generally it is healed with an antibiotic gel (try erithromycin gel) and warm compresses on it. In rare cases it can't be resolved by this home measures and needs and incision to drain it out. I hope this answer was helpful to you! Please kindly rate it as helpful and write a short review about your experience with me! I would appreciate that a lot. Thank you and best regards! DR ERIOL.
