How To Get Rid Of Pus Filled Pimples On Forehead?

I have a red face like I ve had sunburn, and I have flair ups of little puss filled pimples on my forehead and face I ve tries using betnovate and that gets rid of them but I ve been told not to use betnovate but that s the only thing that seems to work.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the infection and then steroid need to be avoided instead "Povidone Iodine" can be used, try to keep the area clean take care for hygiene, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
