hi im 23 year old black male and i have had a rash that occured on my inner thighs. it begin to itch a little i thought it had been some type of reaction beacasue i have been on motrin for a few months for my shoulder pain. i went to the doctor and they said it looked like a form of folliculitus. he gave a mupirocin cream. i used it for seven days and it seemed to work a little bit. i am know to sweat very easily throughout the day so i think my spores keep clogy up and causing the infection to spread. not i have it on my buttocks, formarm, wrist, a little on the top and side of my right foot, and mainly the grion area.. i have no fever or swollen lymph nodes. im currenly taking cephalexin for two days which seems to help a little..any idea of what this could be?
