General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
The boils develop due to the blockage of the ducts of the skin glands and accumulated material is then easily prone to be infected.

The best antibiotic is Doxycyclin.
You can apply liquid povidone iodine to the affected area to kill the skin bacteria which help for infection to develop.

Get properly diagnosed, get blood sugars done to rule out diabetes, another reason for recurrent infections.
