Hi I have been having this small red spot on the penis head and white flake at the uthera. I had seen the doctor and he had given me neoderm. And I had been using it for a year plus. The problem is the discomfort and itchy come back whenever I did not apply neoderm. Recently I realise my urine is with bubble like residue . May I know if it is something unusual.
