How To Get Rid Of Rough Palm?

Hi doctors, I m a 22 yr old woman and I have a very rough palm by birth. Feels like sand paper and I m not exaggerating .. It does not sweat completely and gets very hard at nights . I tried a lot of intensive mosituriSers but seems like there is no effect . Could you recommend something thank yuu

Hi there. Your palm is not sweating enough and that by itself could be the reason why you have a rough palm. Is this the case for your feet as well? Is your general health alright otherwise? Emollients with urea based incorporated in the mixture helps a lot. You may need to apply it several times a day to achieve good benefit. Other treatments that are suggested are to apply some petroleum jelly and wrap your hands in a plastic bag for about 30 mts. Applying vinegar at night and a soft gloves on your hands over it overnight also helps. I agree they are all quite tedious to do but please try and I hope it gives you some relief. Take care.
