How To Get Rid Of Scabs In Ears?

Hi! I was wondering about what to do when there are scabs in my ear? I have keratosis obturans in both of my ears but mostly in my left. I was picking my ear a lot these past 3 months a lot cause it was very itchy, which is probably why I have the scabs. My real question is how to get rid of the scabs?

I really appreciate your concern, first of all fungal infection need to be rule out and for that better to use the antifungal ear drops, if this fails to response then it could be skin lesion, actually clinical examination is the matter of concern, without this is difficult to say anything, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
