How To Get Rid Of Severe Headache?

I am 34 yr old female that has been having really bad headaches that start at base of skull and then spread over head nonstop, I have been coughing, wheesing, and vomiting with this symptoms. I was told that I had a sinus infection and put on antibotics which did not work. I am having problems swallowing. I'm not having any fever with these symptoms. Also having problems sleeping, dizziness, and sore throat. Doctors think I'm just complaining or don't know what to do, I have explained that the headache feels like a spinal headache, which I have had before when I had a spinal tap. Don't know what else to do, Can you Please tell me what could be causing these symptoms? Extreme Headaches!!

If these headaches are not due to sinusitis and you feel it is similar to CSF rhinnhorea.
Sometimes there is leakage of CSF from nose causing intense headache. It is usually after trauma to nose but can be idiopathic. Such headache improve with lying down posture.
As you are having severe headache with vomiting it could be meningitis.
The diagnosis will be possible only after proper history, examination and relevant tests.
Meet an ENT specialist or neurologist for making diagnosis and treatment.
