How To Get Rid Of Skin Burn On The Neck?

I had a couple of hickeys on my neck and i covered them in toothpaste and slept with it on and I woke up with a massive toothpaste burn, I ve put aloe vera on it and now its scabbing and the skin is peeling off but i still have massive red patches, how do i get rid of the redness? Is it scarred ?

I advise to keep applying aloe vera. Please send a picture of the skin burn for further evaluation. If scarred, aloe vera will help together with scar removal cream.
