How To Get Rid Of Skin Pigmentation On Face, Ears And Neck?

I have severe skin pigmentation on my face ears and neck for the past 3 years.i am 50years old and i take 25mg thyroxin for my hyperthyroidism and i have a contraceptive in my uterus for my multifibroid and thickening of uterus walls.i have tried all types of treatments and nothing has woworked.I feel very depdepressed.pls advise on what I can do to get rid of pigmentation
