How To Get Rid Of Sore Breasts?

My breasts wont stop being sore. It continues to get worse as I get older. Its worse before my period but over the last few months it remains with me all month. One breast is larger than the other. Feels similar to when I breast feed my kids. Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?
