Hi I have two different stitch marks on my fore head. it does not pain and all. however I would like to rid of it. They were caused when I had two falls and the doctor gave me stitches. would be about 25 years from now when I was a kid. Can you suggest what needs to be done.
Thanks for your query.Usually residual marks remain after healing. There are many methods to get rid of stitch marks ,although your stitch marks are very old but there are some methods like
-Massage the area with olive or almond oil to increase the blood supply to that area so that it will heal itself from within.Do it 2-3 times daily.
-Keep exfoliating your dead skin from that site.
-Use cream like contratubex cream ,which is very effective in case of old stitch marks .It has ingredients like cepae extract, heparin an allantoin ,which work excellently together .Massage it to only affected area 2-3 times daily for 2 -3 months, avoid contact with eyes. Also read instructions before use.
