I have a blockage in my right ear from having double bronchitis and it doesn't seem to want to go away. It starts to break up when I am blowing my nose. I've taken four different medications since this all started (prescriptions from my doctor)...an albuterol inhaler spray, an antibiotic (which I've finished), a steroid (which I've finished) and a cough syrup.
Is there anything else I can do to relieve this blockage?
Ear blockage can be safely treated by syringing. This is an office procedure and regularly done by all ENT clinics. It takes a few minutes and you can go home right after the procedure.
