How To Get Rid Of The Marks Caused By Skin Removal Methods?

I have marks on my leg since a couple of years through various skin removal methods and products reactions and the marks hasn't faded even though I have no more reactions , could you suggest me some medication I could use. I have tried bio oils and other cosmetic mark removal products, nothing has been effective though.
