How To Get Rid Of The Menstrual Problems?

I am 33 hrs old and I have menstrual problems. I get severe back pain that I cannot walk and I get very bloated. I have continual pain in my abdominal area right under my rib cage and I feel like my period is "stuck" up there and it won't drop. Am I crazy?
