Suggest Treatment For Dermoid Cyst With Back Pain
Hi my name is Sabina and I have been diagnosed with left ovary contains a 19mm x 16mm x 20mm well defined mass with an echogenic rim. And differentials include a dermoid cyst. Have been in and out of hospital severe back pain and pain has travelled to left arm what shall I do hospital not helpful

The best management for a dermoid cyst will be oral contraceptive pills taken for 3 months. If it doesn't resolve, laparoscopic surgery will be required.
