How To Get Rid Of The Numbness On The Left Side Of My Face To My Neck?

I need to see a stroke specialist/cardiologist? right away with a positive CTA scan, possible bleeding to caretoid artery, aneurysm. My doctor flubbed it up; sent me to a neuro surgeon. the practices in SF are all too busy. I want to get on the medication right away. Matters/numbness on the left side of my face, to neck, feels like its growing.
