I am 21, 100 lbs. I have had an MRI and a CT angiogram, both of which showed a *potential* post-cerebral aneurysm (I think that was the name for it). Neither one gave solid answers so the neurologist wants a cerebral angiogram. However, I am afraid of the risks involved. I can feel the pulse in the back of my head when I lay down and there is a strange feeling above my ears and directly behind my temples. My wisdom teeth are also coming in. I have had corticosteroid shots in my head (3 years ago) when I had alopecia areata(?). At that time I was very stressed because I was away from home and in college. Is there any chance that this potential aneurysm they have found could be from some other factor (say, my wisdom teeth)? Am I in immediate danger from a ruptured aneurysm? Would it be a good idea to go get the cerebral angiogram despite the risks? My blood vessels break fairly easily.
