How To Get Rid Of The Pain Caused During Intercourse? Am I Having Vaginismus?
My partner and I have tried to penetrate a couple of times and we've never been able to because each time he's getting it in, it hurts more than it should and even though I want it in, my body automatically rejects it and I believe it is way too tight. Even just when he fingers me it hurts. What can I do? Do I have vaginismus? I really need help because I really want to have a normal sex life with my partner.
Most of the couples are not able to penetrate in first few trial and it is quite normal. You can overcome it by repeated trial and understanding each other problems. In females muscles becomes tight due to apprehension of pain and so males are not able to penetrate. So,you should talk to your partner.Long fore play is most important. It helps in proper lubrication and thus penetration becomes easy. Mild pain is felt by all females in first trail and it is bearable. If you are still not able to do then you can consult your doctor. Wish you all the best
