General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

Basing on your symptoms I can say that you suffer from Hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids are vascular structures in anal canal which help with stool control.
The symptoms that you referred are caused when hemorrhoids are swollen or inflamed.
To relieve pain you should eat high fiber foods and eliminate spicy foods, in order to avoid constipation.
In these cases I recommend to my patients Synalar cream. Apply it in anus.

However you need the following tests to determine the diagnosis:
1. Colonoscopy.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Urine test.
4. Liver function test.
5. Abdominal ultrasound.

You also need a physical examination by your proctologist.

I hope you find this helpful.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
