my head is paining from back and also my vains are stretching from neck and one of shoulder....
n also sometimes there are red patches bumps appear and goes off in day or 2. kindly let me know wats going on with me and how can i escape from it

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the tension head ache, may be due to some anxiety, or tension. The patches, and bumps may be due to the allergy to some foods, ay also have itching some times.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.And to corelate between these two.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
